Well the main reason I called was to help ensure that I was able to all the extra Medicare benefits.Well the advertisement and what I got are two different things but I'll just see where this goes.

My most recent experience was most excellent. It followed after a week of frustration trying to get a hold of Kevin Tran and Eric Mead and not hearing back. However, Orlando Burnley took over and did everything that I expected to be done and was charming and friendly and competent

Your representative Doug was very patient with all of my questions he returned my phone calls and also he was very informative. He took the extra mile to provide me with several insurances that I might be interested in. To be honest with you I enjoyed talking to him. At the end of our conversation I was very comfortable with changing my insurance to United healthcare. Thank you Doug you are the best!!!!!

I was a little afraid at first because I couldn't see who I was talking to on the other end of the phone but I was able to get comfortable after talking to the representative for about maybe 5 minutes I thought I began to be comfortable and I felt like I could trust him to take my personal information. Mrs Smith was very courteous and kind soft spoken which was good for me because I don't like it when people raise their voices at me and become defensive overall I just give him a five star
